3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide images or videos as proof for verification.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Processing time may take 5 to 7 working days.

5. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non refundable.
Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
